My journey in the mortgage world started back in 2018 as a Telephone BDM for a lender, supporting brokers with lending policies and systems and processes.

In 2020, I moved into mortgage advice, completing an apprenticeship and qualifying in 2021. A year later, I became a Senior Mortgage Advisor, where I really discovered my love for helping people and delivering dedicated customer service.

In April 2024, I joined a mortgage network as a Mortgage Account Manager, supporting over 650 advisors. This role included everything from compliance and training to business development, with a particular focus on back-office/CRM systems and processes.

Over the years, I’ve built a real appreciation for what mortgage advisors do and the challenges they face.

I’ll look forward to working with you soon and supporting you in any way I can.

I mostly sleep and eat, but will likely make an appearance in every meeting. I’m loyal and friendly.

Hobbies include:

  • Eating things I shouldn’t eat

  • Being at my loudest at 3 a.m

  • Stealing food from neighbours

  • Yelling at pigeons
